Started playing DotA 2 two days ago and during a coop game I was looking at the items in the shop when suddenly the icon of the last item was staying on screeen after leaving the shop. This resulted in having an annoying icon on screen, but it also blocked my ability to reorganize my items and see the description of items in the store. There is a blank unlockable space left there and the inventory slot is moved to the right and is not visable or clickable (can still use the slot with the binded hotkey). Try restarting Dota 2, Steam and the PC still not fixed. To be frank, it is not possible to insert Ethereal gems into an item unless that certain item had a rare gem slot (glitched/bug slot) that cannot be obtained as of now. However, you can still trade with players who had this very rare kind of item/s! But take in mind that the cost of this rarity wont be that of an easy deal.
